Coach-Guided Journal Based Coaching and Self-Guided Journal Based Coaching
Coach-Guided Journal Based Coaching and Self-Guided Journal Based Coaching offer the same areas of coaching as our Small Group and Individual Coaching Platforms: Career Coaching or Retirement Coaching. Upon selecting Career or Retirement Coaching, you will receive weekly questions through your private, confidential journal page which are designed to prompt your thinking as you post to your private, confidential journal.
Those who choose the Coach-Guided Journal Based Coaching will receive weekly journal questions and personal responses to their Journal posts from a Certified Career or Retirement Coach. Self-Guided Journal Coaching participants will receive the weekly Journal questions, but will work through the Journal Platform independently, unless direct contact with a certified coach is specifically requested. Additional fees apply to Self-Guided Journal Based Coaching if a coach becomes involved.
Those enrolled in the Coach-Guided Journal Based Coaching format must grant their coach access to their journals in order to to receive journal-based individual interaction with their coach.
