About Career-Life Changes
Career-Life Changes was launched in 2005 and is a division of Legacy Associates Incorporated, a company founded in 1991 by Dr. Alan Rodda. Mrs. Judy Rodda joined the corporation as Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2005, assuming the position of President in 2009.
Prior to developing her career & life coaching practice, Judy served as a Chamber of Commerce Executive and held Management positions in a large manufacturing corporation and a major high-tech company. Her exposure to and acquired knowledge of business and industry, including not-for-profit organizations, combined with her passion to help people achieve success in and through their careers, make Career & Life Coaching the perfect professional niche for Judy.
Using the Career-Life Changes model of coaching that she developed for her individual clients, Judy has developed a group coaching format that allows for interaction among group members and journal-based coaching, as well as self-guided journal coaching. All models contain structured Career-Life Coaching elements that incorporate addressing the realities of career transition and life impact when a significant leadership, professional, or career change is made and when a significant life change (such as retirement or relocation) is encountered. Both group coaching and individual coaching can be accessed via telephone, webinar, or Skype audio and/or video conference. Coaching in person is available in the Washington DC Metro Area, including Northern Virginia and Maryland. Journal Based Coaching and Self-Guided Journal Coaching are accessed through our interactive Journal Coaching Platform.
