About Career-Life Changes
Career-Life Changes was launched in 2005 and is a division of Legacy Associates Incorporated (www.legacyassociate.com), a company founded in 1991 by Dr. Alan Rodda. Mrs. Judy Rodda joined the corporation as Vice President and Corporate Secretary in 2005, assuming the position of President in 2009.
Prior to developing her Career, Life & Retirement Coaching practice, Judy served as a Chamber of Commerce Executive and held Management positions in a large manufacturing corporation and a major high-tech company. Her exposure to and acquired knowledge of business and industry, including not-for-profit organizations, has given Judy unique and comprehensive insights into what it takes to find the right career and to be successful in it. Also, having personal experience facing many of the same life issues being encountered by her clients, Judy is able to relate to life situations that can make one feel "stuck". Her passion to help people achieve success in life, career and post-career ambitions led Judy to develop her Career, Life & Retirement Coaching business. Judy becomes your partner and guides you to set and achieve goals that are authentic and fulfilling for you.
