Click Here to Enroll in Individual Coaching Sessions: The focus of Individual Coaching with Career-Life Changes is YOU. By coaching in this format, you will receive individual attention and customized research designed to specifically target the areas of career and life that are unique to your situation. This coaching format may be accessed by enrolling on a session-by-session basis or by enrolling a package of 10 coaching sessions that are determined around a schedule set jointly by you and your coach. For those enrolling a 10-session package, access to our unique Online Coaching Platform is included at no additional charge for the duration of the enrolled package. After completion of the coaching package, the Online Coaching Platform is available on a subscription basis.
Online Coaching Services

Select from Coach-Guided Online Coaching or Self-Guided Online Coaching.
Through our Coach-Guided Online Coaching format, after your set-up call, you will receive, via Email, Coaching questions or exercises from Certified, Professional Coach, Judy Rodda, that are created by her to prompt your thinking as you post to your private, confidential online coaching notebook. Successive coaching prompts/questions will be sent by Judy upon completion of the previous prompt or question. In the Coach-Guided format, it is important that you grant your coach access to your entries so you can receive personal responses from your coach. Your online coaching experience begins with a 20-minute phone call with your coach to get you started. Then, after you have completed all 10 segments through your online coaching notebook, you will have a 20-minute phone call with your coach to wrap-up and identify your next steps.
The Self-Guided Online Coaching model is built around a process whereby you can access our online Self Coaching Platform and work through the 10 coaching questions and exercises provided by Certified Coach, Judy Rodda, on your own. If you want to speak with Judy at any time during your self-coaching experience, telephone coaching sessions are available on a fee basis, and can be set up via email through the online coaching platform.
Group Coaching Services
