Career-Life Changes Refund Policies
Teleclass and Webinar Refund Policy:
Clients who are enrolled in an upcoming teleclass or webinar and become unable to attend all or most of the teleclass or webinar sessions as scheduled, must contact Career-Life Change directly at judy@rodda-associates.com or 703-222-1965, within 24 hours of the beginning of the first teleclass or webinar to receive a full refund.
Not contacting Judy directly prior to the first teleclass or webinar beginning and not attending the class will disqualify you for a full refund.
If one of the teleclass or webinar sessions is missed by a paid participant, a link to the recording of that teleclass or webinar will be sent via email within 3 days of the class. All teleclass and webinar sessions will be recorded and the link will be emailed to paid participants at no additional charge. No refunds will be given for withdrawal from the teleclass or webinar after the third session has been held.
Start Dates of Group Teleclass and Webinar Sessions:
Participants will be notified when there are sufficient pre-enrollment numbers to comprise a group with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 people. Start dates of group teleclass and webinar sessions will be communicated to people who pre-enroll for sessions. Participants will not be charged and no credit card information will be collected at pre-enrollment. All credit card transations will take place through our secure shopping cart at the time of actual enrollment, with sessions to begin within 15 business days of paid enrollment.
“Your Meeting Place” and Newsletter Subscription Refund Policy:
Subscribers to “Your Meeting Place” and/or our quarterly Newsletter, who are current in their payments for these services, may contact Career-Life Changes directly at judy@rodda-associates.com or 703-222-1965, within 30 days after enrollment to “Your Meeting Place”; and within 30 days after receipt of your first Newsletter for a refund of your unused remaining paid subscription. No refunds will be given for cancellations of either “Your Meeting Place” or our quarterly Newsletter that are requested after the 30-day period as explained above.
Delivery of "Your Meeting Place" and Newsletter Subscriptions:
The first "Your Meeting Place" meeting will take place within 30 days of enrollment for this service.
The first issue of your Newsletter will be delivered electronically upon enrollment for this service. Issues will be delivered quarterly thereafter.
Organizational and Individual In-Person and/or On-Site Contractual Work Refund Policy:
Governmental agencies and private corporations are asked to pay an advance dollar amount to be determined jointly at the time of contract agreement to cover the cost of time and materials used in preparation for work. Once that dollar amount has been serviced, if the contracting party is not completely satisfied with the quality of content and delivery of contracted materials and services, the contract will be terminated with no further cost to the agency or corporation. The monies paid in advance will be retained as payment for time and materials, as stated in the advance payment agreement. Any cancellation of a contract that has begun will adhere to the cancellation terms of the agreement.
Privately contracted individuals will be invoiced as follows:
- Clients who choose “ala carte” coaching (month-to-month), are required to pay for services at the time of scheduling each month’s coaching sessions. No charges will be made in advance or in anticipation of future coaching sessions. Coaching sessions will be scheduled at the first appointment time and date available that is mutually agreeable to coach and client.
There is no charge for the first, consultation session. If a client is not satisfied with coaching services, he or she may receive a refund of unused, paid coaching services. No refund will be given if the client fails to cancel a coaching session 24 hours in advance. - Clients who choose a 10-session coaching package, are required to pay for services according to the following schedule:
- 33% of the total cost will be billed after the first session
- 33% of the total will be billed after the fourth session
- 33% of the total will be billed after the eighth session
- It is the intention of Career-Life Changes to provide the best service to all of our clients and we promise clear, professional communication in all of our conversations and written documents.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information will never be sold or given to any entity outside of Career-Life Changes without your permission.
